We are seeking a passionate and motivated Regenerative Farming Intern to support our farming operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in regenerative agriculture, including soil management, crop rotation, composting, and holistic livestock management.

Feedback are collaborating with Cranley Barn Farm to provide a paid work placement as a Regenerative Farming Intern over 16 weeks, 21 hours a week.
Feedback has been funded by the Rothschild Foundation to support organisations to better connect local young people to the green economy. We aim to do this by creating new local career pathways into the Green Economy for young people from minority groups, challenging or disadvantaged backgrounds.
Green Futures- Flower Farmer : Grower and Florist Intern
A 16-week paid placement in an active team at Buckingham Flower Farm in Buckingham- Buckinghamshire. Buckingham Flower Farm is within a very short and beautiful walk from Buckingham Town Centre. Next to The Larder Cafe, Butchery and Cheese room and surrounded by sheep, cows and pigs, it’s a perfect spot for someone interested in floristry; as well as the workings of a flower farm.

Feedback are collaborating with Vana Trust Organic Farm to offer an opportunity to an enthusiastic young person to work with the farm based team. Located in Ludgershall just outside of Aylesbury in a rural setting, this little gem brings smiles to regular visitors and trainees throughout the week. A wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in care farming or horticulture therapy.
