Men’s Mental Health Month
For Men’s Mental Health Month we are running three amazing events looking at Food & Mood for Men.
Many of us reach for the processed or fast foods when we’re feeling stressed or depressed, but cooking nourishing for for ourselves can really help us feel better. It can be hard to know where to start but we are here to help!
Each event is led by a local tutor, combined with producing food to eat at each session. From bushcraft cooking over a fire, to soulful Caribbean dishes or learning about sausage making.
